To ensure that we spend the monies in the most responsible way, we have asked each application to be supported by a therapist or paediatrician treating your child. This is in no way to deter any potential applicants, but to help us to assess which cases are needing the most. It goes without saying that all applications will be treated in confidence. However, if you wish to apply anonymously, you may do so through your therapist or paediatrician – leaving key personal details blank. Your professional will then submit the form to us on your behalf.
